Warranty Policy

Ellevens.ae* provides a warranty on its products against breakages caused by material or manufacturing defects reported within three months of the date of delivery of the products, provided that Ellevens.ae is notified of such defects within the first 2 weeks of their discovery.

This warranty does not cover: scratches on lenses; damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock, improper use or storage of the product; unauthorized modifications or repairs and normal wear and tear.
