Returns & Exchanges

We accept return shipments within 3 days of receival within UAE and 7 days recieval outside the UAE. Purchases must be returned with their original packaging and in perfect condition.. and the customer needs to give the item back to the seller. Once your return has been received and accepted, your funds will be processed within 5-7 business days and refunded to the original payment method.

Final Sale items may not be returned. During normal Sales refund is not permitted only exchange.
